The organisers reserve the right to request removal of any item not listed on your booking form.

When booking, please be aware that this is an outdoor event, you will need to bring your own gazebo, tables & chairs. Readers also need to supply their own Table and Chairs. There is no electricity provided.
Retail - Your £125 includes camping for yourself and one other helper ONLY, any other guests will need to purchase a ticket from www.sparrowcampsite.co.uk
Readers - Camping NOT included, any guests will need to purchase a ticket.
Earth Spirit Events is ONLY organising the Market Green Traders, Mystic Tent and helping with workshops; everything else please speak to Campsite Owners.
