Our Story
Earth Spirit Events wasn't born in a boardroom or from a business plan. It was born beneath the branches of a Rowan tree at the beautiful Chalice Well in Glastonbury.
For years I had been attending Mind, Body & Spirit events, but something never felt quite right. Although I enjoyed meeting wonderful people, I always felt as though I didn't truly belong. Deep down, I knew I was walking a different path.
During that visit to Glastonbury, I wandered over to a Rowan tree and quietly asked a simple question:
"What should I be doing?"
The answer came as clearly as if someone were standing beside me.
"You, young lady, need to go back to your roots."
Those words changed everything.
I realised my heart had always belonged with the old ways, nature, traditional witchcraft, paganism, folklore and the wonderful community that surrounds them. It wasn't about following modern trends; it was about creating events that honoured our heritage, celebrated traditional crafts, supported independent makers, and brought like-minded people together in a welcoming space.
That single moment beneath the Rowan tree became the seed from which Earth Spirit Events grew.
Today, every event we organise is built on that same vision—to create places where people can reconnect with nature, discover ancient traditions, support small independent businesses, and feel that they truly belong.

Earth Spirit Events Announces a Brand-New Venue and an Inspiring New Event for 2027
We are absolutely delighted to announce something we've been dreaming about for a long time...
A brand-new event. A beautiful new venue. A new chapter for Earth Spirit Events.
For many years, Earth Spirit Events has proudly organised some of the East of England's most loved Witchcraft & Pagan Markets and Festivals, bringing together thousands of people who share a love of nature, traditional crafts, spirituality and community.
As our events have grown, so too has our vision.
We have always believed that, although we may walk different paths, many of us share the same values – a love of nature, a desire for balance, an appreciation of traditional wisdom and a curiosity to continue learning.
That belief has inspired our newest event...

A Different Kind of Event
The Shared Path has been created to bring together people from every walk of life in a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment.
Whether your interests lie in witchcraft, pagan traditions, yoga, meditation, crystals, herbalism, holistic wellbeing, natural living, traditional crafts or simply spending time with like-minded people, you'll find a place here.
This isn't about labels.
It's about discovering the things that connect us.
For thousands of years, ancient trackways crossed our countryside, linking villages, sharing knowledge and bringing communities together. They were places where stories, skills and traditions were exchanged.
The Shared Path is inspired by that same spirit of connection.
A place where different paths meet, ideas are shared and everyone is welcome.

We're delighted to be bringing this exciting new event to Manuden Village Community Centre, a spacious and flexible venue set within the beautiful Essex countryside, close to Bishop's Stortford.
