Welcome to Earth Spirit Events.

Our aim is to create friendly, inclusive and enjoyable events where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're visiting one of our markets, festivals or wellbeing events, we ask all visitors to help us create a safe, respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets

• All tickets are valid for the event and date shown on the ticket only.

• Tickets admit one person unless otherwise stated.

• Tickets must be presented on arrival, either printed or on a mobile device.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the unlikely event that Earth Spirit Events cancels the event.

• Tickets must not be copied, resold or exchanged without prior written permission from Earth Spirit Events.

Admission

• Earth Spirit Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, unsafe or likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome unless otherwise stated by the venue or event.

Accessibility

Earth Spirit Events is committed to making our events as welcoming and accessible as possible.

If you have any accessibility requirements or require assistance during your visit, please contact us before the event at admin@earthspiritevents.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Where available, accessible parking and accessible toilet facilities are provided by the venue.

Event Information

While every effort is made to deliver the advertised programme, exhibitors, talks, workshops, entertainment and event schedules may occasionally change without prior notice.

Earth Spirit Events reserves the right to make alterations where necessary.

Traders, Readers & Therapists

Our events feature a wonderful selection of independent traders, readers, therapists, workshop hosts and speakers.

• Purchases made from exhibitors are transactions between the buyer and the individual business.

• Earth Spirit Events cannot accept responsibility for products, services or advice provided by exhibitors.

• Readings, therapies and workshops are intended for personal interest and wellbeing and should not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Photography & Filming

Photography and video may be taken during our events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending an Earth Spirit Events event, you consent to being included in photographs or video recordings unless you notify a member of our event team upon arrival.

Personal Belongings

Visitors attend at their own risk.

Earth Spirit Events accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings while attending an event.

Health & Safety

Please follow any instructions given by event staff or venue management.

Visitors are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own safety and that of those accompanying them.

Any accidents or hazards should be reported immediately to a member of the Earth Spirit Events team.

Parking

Free parking is available at many of our venues; however, vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.

Earth Spirit Events accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Respect for Others

Earth Spirit Events celebrates diversity and welcomes people from all walks of life.

We ask everyone attending our events to treat fellow visitors, exhibitors, volunteers and venue staff with kindness, courtesy and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by Earth Spirit Events, ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

Earth Spirit Events is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by visitors.

Force Majeure

Earth Spirit Events shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, industrial action, government restrictions or any other unforeseen event.

Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for administering your booking, communicating important event information and where you have chosen to receive updates from Earth Spirit Events.
